The staff went above and beyond to ensure my children got the care and attention the needed. My youngest has severe gag response to any dental work yet this apot the stag were so patient creative and careful he was able to get all work cleaning and even X-rays that have been dam near impossible every other time. I can’t state enough how impressed I was with all the staff from reception to technicians to dr hands down nest medical apot for my children in years. Just beyond impressed!

Dr. Marti is great! My son is a busy 4 year old boy and he had a couple of cavities and she made him laugh and feel so comfortable while he was there! The staff is great too they were all so incredibly sweet with him! Our appt was at 11 and we were out the door by 11:50. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.

We have been going to this practice for several years. Appointments have been getting harder to book, and they messed up our insurance billing several times. But we overall liked the staff and service. This weekend however, we had a dental emergency with a child detaching a molar. It was painful and we did not know what to do or whether it was serious. It took over 3 hours to get a call back from the on-call staff. We left 3 messages with the emergency on call staff over a 2 hour period. By the time they finally called back, we had already gone to a 24h emergency dental location and spent a lot out of pocket to get our child seen,. The staff member was apologetic but basically said she didn’t know how to check her messages and so didn’t get them. Part of our reason for choosing this practice was their promise of an emergency response service. I’m not giving them another chance to fail in an emergency situation. We will be looking to switch practices after this experience..

My daughter is absolutely terrified of the dentist and we had the most amazing hygienist, Shannon take care of her and take all her worries away. She was extremely patient with her and never once showed any frustration. She explained everything, showed her everything and even let her try things first before doing it. She was so welcoming and so was the whole office. We won’t be going to any other dentist and I’m glad we found this place after a bad experience at a different dentist!

We had our first visit here with my 5 year old. We had to switch dentists because the previous dentist did not accept our insurance. Getting an appointment did take a while but they sent everything electronically and I was able to complete the paperwork very easily. They took us very close to our appt time and the waiting room is very child friendly. The hygienist is incredibly nice. They work quickly and involve the child as much as possible. My child has his first set of x rays taken and I love that everything is done right in the chair. The office was very busy but moved efficiently and we weren’t left waiting too long to see the dentist. Most importantly but son had a great visit and is happy to go back again. Very grateful for a pediatric dentist.
